Let customers book online with an intake form

Publish a branded form on a link or inside your website. Submissions arrive as Pending jobs, ready to dispatch.

Customers don't need an app or an account to book you. Open Catalog & Forms → Intake Forms and choose New lead form.

  1. Give it a Form title, a URL slug and some Intro text. Add your Logo and Brand color so it looks like yours, and write the Success message the customer sees after sending.
  2. Choose the fields. The form starts with Full name, Email, Phone, Service address, Service type, Preferred date, Notes / describe the problem and Photo upload; mark each one Show and Req as you like.
  3. Set the Recipient name/email that is told about each submission, switch the form to Active, and open Share & embed for the direct link or the code to drop into your website.

Each submission creates a job in Pending, with the customer, address and notes already filled in, and emails the recipient. Nothing is dispatched until the office confirms and assigns it. An address outside your active service zones is refused on the form; see Service zones. An Urgent request can alert the office straight away; see Mark a job urgent.

A form for your own staff

New work order form makes a PIN-protected form for your employees ("Employee access"). Someone at the counter or on site enters the PIN, can pick the technician and the time, and the job is created Confirmed or Assigned, skipping the Pending step.

Customers who sign in to their ArrivePing customer portal can also book from there: choose a time from the open slots on your calendar, confirm the address, and the job is created Confirmed.
