Customize the on-my-way and other messages
The setup agent drafts them in your voice; edit the wording any time under Setup → Notifications.

During onboarding, ArrivePing drafts your booking, on-the-way, running-late and arrived messages in your voice, including your business name and how the technician is introduced.
To change them, open Setup → Notifications. Each milestone has its own SMS and email text, and you can turn individual messages off. Changes apply to the next message sent; messages already delivered are not altered.
Keep the tracking link in the on-the-way message; without it the customer has no way to see the ETA or contact the technician.
