Stop texts and emails going out overnight
Quiet hours skip the channels you choose between two times. Messages due then are not sent later.

- Open Setup → Notifications and choose the Channels tab.
- Turn on Quiet hours and set the start and end times. They follow your company's time zone.
- Choose the channels that go quiet, for example SMS and Email, then Save settings.
During quiet hours those channels are skipped. Nothing is queued for the morning, so a booking confirmation due at 11 pm is simply not sent. To stop a channel completely, use its master switch on the same tab.
