ArrivePing vs Workiz
Workiz is a broad home-service platform with scheduling, invoicing, phone and an On My Way feature. ArrivePing is narrower and cheaper to start: dispatch, live tracking and customer ETAs, with pricing published on the site.
Launching November 2026 · From $49 USD a month · No app for customers
Is ArrivePing a good Workiz alternative?
ArrivePing fits if you want the arrival experience without a full platform: automatic dispatch by distance and skill, live tracking from the technician's phone and an on-my-way text with a live map and ETA, from a published $49 a month. Workiz is the broader choice if you want scheduling, invoicing, a business phone system and marketing in one product and are comfortable requesting a quote.

Common questions
Does Workiz publish its prices?
Not at the time we checked (October 7, 2026): the pricing page lists Standard, Pro and Ultimate plans with "request pricing". ArrivePing publishes its full graduated per-driver pricing.
Does Workiz send on-my-way texts?
Yes. Workiz has an On My Way feature, and its help centre documents an On My Way Pro tier. ArrivePing's on-my-way text is included in every plan and opens a live tracking page with the ETA and text or call buttons.
How much does ArrivePing cost?
ArrivePing starts at $49 USD a month, which includes your first driver. Drivers 2–10 are $30 each, drivers 11–30 are $27 each and every driver from 31 on is $25, billed monthly. Each rate applies only to the drivers in its band, so adding a driver never makes your bill jump.
How long does setup take?
Most teams dispatch their first job within an hour. You give the ArrivePing setup agent your website; it builds your workspace with your brand, services, a priced catalog, job templates, intake forms and customer texts, then asks a few questions about how you work.
Give your team clarity — and your customers a better arrival experience.
