Should I use ArrivePing or Routific?
Use Routific if your day is a list of stops to sequence efficiently: it is a route optimizer with a free plan for up to 100 orders a month and a $150 a month plan for up to 1,000. Use ArrivePing if your deliveries and jobs are appointments where the customer is waiting: it auto-assigns the closest driver or technician, tracks them from their phone and texts the customer a live tracking link with an ETA, from $49 a month including the first driver.

Common questions
Is Routific free?
Routific's pricing page offered a free plan for up to 100 orders a month and a $150 per month plan for up to 1,000 orders, with per-order fees beyond that, when we checked on October 7, 2026. ArrivePing has no free plan; it starts at $49 per month including the first driver.
Can I use ArrivePing and Routific together?
Yes. Some teams plan high-volume routes in a route optimizer and run appointment deliveries, installs and service calls through ArrivePing. ArrivePing exports to CSV, JSON, webhooks, Zapier and Make.
How much does ArrivePing cost?
ArrivePing starts at $49 USD a month, which includes your first driver. Drivers 2–10 are $30 each, drivers 11–30 are $27 each and every driver from 31 on is $25, billed monthly. Each rate applies only to the drivers in its band, so adding a driver never makes your bill jump.
Do customers need an app to track the technician?
No. Customers get a text or email with a link that opens a live tracking page in their browser. It shows the technician on the way, the ETA, and buttons to text or call them. There is no account to create.
