Operations → Map shows every technician on the clock, their status and current job, and where they are heading.

Open Operations → Map. Each technician who is On the clock appears with a live position and one of six statuses: Available, En Route, On Site, Busy, Break or Offline. Technicians who have gone off the clock show dimmed at their last known position so you can see who finished where; their location is not tracked while they are off the clock and is kept only as part of the job record.
Use the map to answer the "where is my tech?" call in seconds, or to pick the right person for a same-day emergency: drag the job onto a technician's marker. The route a technician drove to a job is kept with that job's record.
