Set your company's time zone (and a note on languages)

Setup → Settings → Company → Tax & Locale. Every time in the dashboard, in customer messages and in booking slots follows it.

  1. Open Setup → Settings → Company and find Tax & Locale.
  2. Choose your Timezone. Canadian and US zones are listed, from Winnipeg, Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Halifax and St. John's to New York, Chicago, Denver and Los Angeles.
  3. Save. Times in the dashboard, the customer's booking and on-the-way messages, quiet hours, timed milestones and the slots customers can book in their portal all follow it.

ArrivePing's dashboard and app are in English for now. The texts and emails your customers receive are yours to write, in any language, under Setup → Notifications; see Customize the on-my-way and other messages.
