Why your dashboard says Work orders (or Visits) instead of Jobs

During sign-up ArrivePing picks the words your trade uses and applies them across the dashboard, the technician app and your customer messages. A unit of work might be a Job, Work order, Project, Visit, Booking, Session or Reservation; your field staff might be Technicians, Electricians, Installers, Crew leads, Superintendents or Vendors. These articles say "Jobs" and "technicians" throughout.
There isn't a setting to change the terms yourself yet. Email [email protected] with your company name and the words you'd like (singular and plural), and we'll switch them for you.
