Invite your technicians

1. Open People → Technicians & Managers in the dispatch dashboard.
2. Choose Add technician and enter their name, email and mobile number. Leave the password blank.
3. They get an email right away, in your company's name, with a link to set their own password (it works for 7 days) and where to get the ArrivePing app. They sign in on the app with that email.

Adding a whole roster from a spreadsheet works the same way: each new technician gets the email, sent one after another over a few minutes. See Import your existing customers and team.

Each active technician is a driver seat on your plan. During the free trial seats are unlimited; after it, you are billed by driver count as described in How ArrivePing is priced.

Email didn't arrive, or the link expired? Ask them to check spam, then open their profile and choose Email a sign-in link to send a fresh one. If they already work for another ArrivePing company, they get an invitation to add your company to their existing account instead; see Working for more than one company.
