I'm not receiving notifications

Check iOS notification settings, Focus modes and Background App Refresh.

  1. iPhone Settings → ArrivePing → Notifications: Allow Notifications on, with Lock Screen, Banners and Sounds enabled.
  2. Check Focus (Do Not Disturb, Driving). Add ArrivePing to the allowed apps for any Focus you use on shift.
  3. Settings → General → Background App Refresh must be on for ArrivePing.
  4. Sign out and back in once; this re-registers the phone for push.

Dispatch messages are also visible in the app's Messages tab, so nothing is lost while you sort this out.
