The ETA isn't updating or the technician looks stuck
Almost always a location permission or an off-the-clock technician. Here is the checklist.

- Is the technician On the clock? The switch is at the top of the Profile tab. Off the clock, nothing is shared.
- Location permission. iPhone Settings → ArrivePing → Location must be Always with Precise Location on. "While Using" pauses tracking when the app is in the background.
- Low Power Mode and background refresh. Low Power Mode throttles background location. Make sure Background App Refresh is on for ArrivePing.
- Signal. In a parkade or a rural dead zone the last known position is shown until the phone reconnects; the ETA catches up automatically.
- Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the position is still stale after a minute, email support with the technician's name and the job number.
