The app says "No active jobs"

The Jobs tab shows New offers, In progress and Up next. "No active jobs" with "New offers will appear here automatically" means dispatch hasn't given you anything yet; there are no filters to clear, and going off the clock doesn't hide jobs you've been given.

1. Check which company you're in. If you work for more than one, the Profile tab shows them; switch to the right one. See Working for more than one company.
2. Ask your dispatcher whether the job was assigned to you or is still in their To schedule list. If they just assigned it, it arrives as an offer within moments.
3. Check notifications if offers seem to arrive late; see I'm not receiving notifications. The offer is in the app either way.
4. Sign out and back in once if the list still looks wrong, then email [email protected] with your name and company.
