No iPhone? Use ArrivePing in a browser

The ArrivePing app is built for iPhone and iPad. If you carry an Android phone or want to work from a laptop, open arriveping.com/sign-in in your browser and sign in with the email your company invited. You land in the web version of the technician app.

• My Jobs lists your offers and the day's work; Earnings and Profile are the same as in the app.
• Choose Go online when your shift starts so dispatch can see you, and keep the page open while you're driving so your position and the customer's ETA keep updating.
• Work the job the same way: Start job, then Start driving, I've arrived, Begin service and Complete job. Location sharing to the customer begins when you start driving. If the job collects payment on site, the payment step appears once you've arrived.

Office staff always use the browser; the dispatch dashboard isn't in the app.
