Install the app and sign in
Technicians join from an invitation; there is no public sign-up in the app.

Your company adds you to its roster and ArrivePing emails you an invitation. Set your password from that email, install ArrivePing from the App Store, and sign in with the same email address. The app works on iPhone and iPad.
If you have not received an invitation, ask your dispatcher or office admin to add you from People → Technicians & Managers. Support cannot create technician accounts on a company's behalf.
