Job offers: accept, decline or send a job back

Jobs reach you as offers under New offers. Declining returns the job to dispatch; after accepting, Send back to dispatch does the same with a reason.

Last updated October 18, 2026

When dispatch gives you a job it appears under New offers on the Jobs tab, with the address, notes, time and price. Tap Accept to take it; it moves to Up next (or In progress once you start). Tap Decline to pass.

A declined job goes straight back to the dispatch queue and the office is told ("It's back in the dispatch queue."). It isn't offered to anyone else automatically; your dispatcher picks the next person.

Already accepted and can't do it? Open the job and tap Send back to dispatch, then pick a reason: Personal emergency, Vehicle breakdown, Running too late to make it, Missing parts or equipment, Unsafe site conditions, Wrong skill set for this job, or Other. The office sees the reason and reassigns.

Once you're on a job the buttons run in order: Start Driving, I've Arrived (the geofence usually does this for you), Complete Job. See On the way, running late and arrival.
