On the way, running late and arrival
One tap tells the customer you're coming; a geofence confirms you arrived.

- Start Driving. Tap it when you leave for the job. The customer gets a text or email with a live tracking link and the office sees your status change to En route.
- Running late. If your ETA slips, the customer's arrival window updates automatically and they get a running-late message; you don't have to call anyone.
- I've Arrived. A geofence around the job address marks you as arrived within about 150 m and starts the on-site time clock. If the address is off or you parked around the corner, tap I've Arrived yourself. You can't go straight from driving to completing a job; the app asks you to check in first.
- Complete Job. Tap it when the work is done. If the job has required checklist items, the app asks for them before it lets you complete.
Customers can text or call you from their tracking page to share gate codes or parking details. The buttons use the phone number on your roster profile, so if you'd rather not take customer calls on a personal phone, ask your office to put a work number on your profile.
