What you're billed for (and what you aren't)
Licences only. There is no per-job fee and no cap on jobs, customers or form submissions, and archiving a job changes nothing.

Your ArrivePing bill is the number of licences on your plan, once a month: the dispatcher licence that comes with Starter, two driver licences, and one more for each extra technician or office user. See How ArrivePing is priced.
- No per-job charge. Book ten jobs a day or two hundred; the bill is the same. Cancelled, archived and restored jobs don't count for or against anything.
- No caps on customers, jobs, intake form submissions, photos or reports.
- No platform cut on card payments. When a customer pays through your own Stripe account, Stripe's processing fee goes to Stripe and ArrivePing takes nothing. See Take card payments through your own Stripe account.
- A licence you free up stops billing. Deactivate a technician and their licence comes off your plan; their history stays. See Add or remove drivers from your plan.
Your current licence count and next invoice are under Setup → Settings → Billing.
