Update your card or view invoices

Open Setup → Settings → Billing. You can change the card on file and see your plan, current driver count and the date and amount of the next invoice. Need a copy of a past invoice? Email [email protected] with your company name.

If a payment fails, the Billing tab shows Payment failed until the card is updated or retried. For a question about a specific charge, email the same address.
