Add or remove drivers from your plan
Inviting a technician adds a seat; deactivating one keeps their history and frees the seat.

To add: invite the technician from People → Technicians & Managers. The seat is added to your plan from that point on.
To remove: open the technician and choose Deactivate. Their jobs, photos and time on site stay in your records, their access ends immediately, and the seat comes off your plan. You can reactivate them later.
