Take card payments through your own Stripe account
Connect Stripe once under Setup → Settings → Payments. Customers pay from their tracking page, the technician's phone or the customer portal, and ArrivePing takes no cut.
Last updated October 18, 2026
- As an admin, open Setup → Settings → Payments and answer Where is your business registered?
- Choose Connect with Stripe and finish Stripe's own onboarding (business details, bank account). Come back any time with Continue setup on Stripe; once live, Open Stripe dashboard takes you to your payouts and disputes on Stripe.
The money goes to your Stripe account, not ours. There's no monthly fee and ArrivePing takes no cut; Stripe's processing fee is shown on the Payments tab.
Getting paid on a job
- Every job gets an invoice automatically (numbered INV-…), unpaid until the customer pays. Invoices are listed under Money → Reports → Invoices / AR.
- Turn on Collect payment on site on the job, or on the template so it's on for every job of that kind. The customer's tracking page then shows Pay $…, and the technician's app shows Take payment with a QR code, Pay on this phone and Text the link to the customer.
- Customers who sign in to their customer portal can pay any open invoice by card.
- A receipt email goes out the moment a payment lands, and the Payment / receipt milestone can notify the office or fire a webhook. See Set up a webhook.
There's no separate "send invoice" button: the pay link lives on the customer's tracking page and in their portal. If you'd like invoices emailed on their own, tell us at [email protected].
