On the web, go to arriveping.com/forgot-password. In the app, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. Enter the email on your account and follow the link we send; it is valid for one hour and can be used once.
No email? Check spam, and make sure you are using the address your company invited (a technician's work email is common). An admin can confirm it from People → Technicians & Managers.
