Exports and integrations

ArrivePing runs scheduling, assignment, tracking and customer updates and does not try to replace your accounting or CRM. Everything it holds can leave:

• Exports: jobs, customers, technicians and time on site as CSV, Excel, PDF or JSON from Money → Reports.
• Calendar feeds: subscribe to a technician's or the company's schedule from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Copy the subscription link from the Calendar Sync card on Setup → Settings → Company.
• Webhooks, Zapier and Make: a JSON POST to your URL for fifteen job events, from created and assigned through on the way, arrived, completed, cancelled and payment received. Add and test webhooks on the Webhooks tab under Setup → Notifications; Zapier and Make connect through them. See Set up a webhook.
• API & MCP: Setup → Settings → API & MCP issues keys for your own scripts and an MCP server so AI agents can read and act on your dispatch data.

Accounting connections such as QuickBooks are on the roadmap; until then, the Excel and CSV exports map cleanly to invoice imports. Tell us which integration you need at [email protected].
